SHIPMENTS
We will keep you informed of the status and location of your order at all times.
Items purchased in the UMA Intimates online store are sent by express courier. UMA Intimates is committed to accepting and processing orders with the utmost diligence and managing shipments as quickly as possible.
These are the shipping costs according to location:
- Peninsula and Balearic Islands, shipping has a fixed cost of €5.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, the cost is €28 (18€Taxes included).
- Europe, shipping has a fixed cost of €10.
- UK shipping has a flat cost of £15 (Taxes included).
*We offer free shipping for purchases over €165*. For countries outside the EU, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra; We will not be responsible for the taxes applied according to the country.
Our shipping company guarantees delivery 24-48 hours after you order for national shipments, and 48 hours for shipments to Europe and the United Kingdom.

No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. When ordering, if you are outside the European Union, please note that you are responsible for paying local customs taxes.
Once the purchase is made, the orders are sent the next business day, but this period could be extended up to 48 hours in times of greater volume. Keep in mind that this dispatch time will need to be added to the carrier’s own delivery time depending on the shipping method you choose. If your order is particularly urgent or you have doubts about when you could receive it, please contact our team by email at: hola@umaintimates.eco at UMA Intimates, we are committed to meeting the stipulated deadlines. If your order is delayed for reasons beyond our control, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays from third parties such as carriers, customs agents, etc. We will not compensate for delays in the delivery process in any case.
When sending your order, you will be provided with a tracking number by email or SMS message through the service transport provider. If you do not receive this communication, please check your spam inbox and if still do not receive it, please contact our team at hola@umaintimates.eco.
Our door-to-door Express delivery service includes 2 delivery attempts. The collection of the order is your responsibility. Please note that additional deliveries and other changes in the service are beyond our control and could incur extra costs for you. In the event that merchandise is returned to us after exhausting multiple delivery attempts, we reserve the right to cancel your order and you could lose the right to a return.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
In the case of international orders outside of Spain (including Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands), and the European Union, all orders will be subject to customs clearance costs and local taxes that may apply. The payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and depends on the customs policies of each country.
Please note that our prices do not include taxes from foreign countries or customs charges, which vary depending on each country and are the responsibility of the final buyer.
Likewise, in the case of orders to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands, the buyer must pay the expenses of the corresponding customs DUA and the corresponding local tax.
If the client does not comply with any customs obligation such as the passing of fees or dispatch, we reserve the right to cancel your order and you could lose the right to a return.
