At UMA Intimates, we work hard to bring delicate, sustainable and high quality handmade garments to you.
Is a shame that you decided to return your lingerie. With your help we will find the best solution for both parties.
I will briefly explain what you should know and do to proceed with the return.
- You have a period of up to 14 days from the date you received the order.
- We do not accept the return of panties for hygiene reasons. Please try to return the garments as you received them.
- Fill out this form to have all the necessary information and speed up the process. We will contact you to provide you with information and instructions.
KEEP IN MIND THAT THE RETURN HAS A COST WHICH WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT TO BE RETURNED.

** THE COST OF THE RETURN (TAXES INCLUDED) FOR AREAS THAT DO NOT BELONG TO THE SPANISH MAINLAND AND COUNTRIES THAT DO NOT BELONG TO THE EU, MUST BE PAID FOR BY THE CUSTOMER.
** UMA at some seasons and for short period, announces on the main website FREE RETURNS, this will not cover in any case customs fees or other taxes added to countries or areas outside the Peninsula and the EU.

WHAT IS THE COST OF MY RETURN?
The cost of the return will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed.
The rates are as follows:
SPAIN: €5
** Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: €28 (18€Taxes included).
EU: €10
UK: £15
OTHER COUNTRIES: €25
*Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
You will receive the refund in the same payment method that you used in the purchase.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
As soon as the warehouse accepts the returned garment, give us a week to process it.
You will receive an email with information at all times. And you must bear in mind that according to your bank it takes up to 10 days to be reflected in your account.
CAN I MAKE A SIZE OR COLOR CHANGE OF AN ITEM?
To make a size or color change you will have to make the return (filling in the form) and a new purchase.
To request a refund of the amount or change of garment, you must take into account the following:
Manufacturing defects. Our lingerie is produced in a small workshop and sometimes these mistakes happen. UMA Intimates will bear the cost of returning and reshipping the new model.
Size changes. Size changes are allowed only in bra. You have to return the garment with the original unopened labeling and packaging. And for hygiene reasons, no change or return will be allowed in panties. We have created a guide with 5 tips to find your correct size and a size guide so that you can choose your size with confidence.
Logistic error. If we have made a mistake when delivering your order, UMA Intimates will bear the cost of returning and resending the new model.
If the return or exchange of the garment is due to subjective reasons, the shipping and collection costs will be paid by the customer. The customer will assume all responsibility for any possible damage or loss of the returned items.
You must bear in mind that we will not accept returns communicated after 14 days from the delivery of the product.
Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns of items that are returned to us in perfect condition for subsequent sale. We cannot accept returns of items that do not keep all tags intact, are used, soiled, or have been washed or altered.

And just for the record, all unidentified shipments without prior confirmation by us will be refused.
